Ship A Pallet provides cost effective freight shipping for customers throughout the U.S. to all points across the country and around the globe. We specialize in LTL and Truckload motor freight, Air Freight and Ocean Freight. Our combined shipping volumes have enabled us to offer our customers drastically reduced rates over what individual businesses are offered by carriers. We are licensed, bonded and insured and we take pride in getting our customer’s shipments done efficiently each and every time.

Less Than Truckload Shipments (LTL)

LTL shipments are transported via truck freight common carriers and are the most frequent shipments that we arrange. We specialize in finding the best rate for each individual shipment with the fastest available transit time. We only use the highest-rated carriers in the U.S.

We can ship just about anything if it is properly secured to a pallet or crated. Less than truckload shipments generally consist of 1 to 6 pallets and range between 100 and 10,000 lbs. For shipments that exceed normal LTL criteria, we can arrange the shipment economically via partial or full truckload freight.

Whether its 100 lbs or 10,000 lbs, our bottom-line shipping rates enable us to reduce your shipping cost versus paying a carrier directly. If your shipment is not already palletized or crated, please contact us and we can assist with this process.

Full Truckload Shipments, Dry Van, Reefer and Flatbed

Full Truckload shipments can handle up to 53’ linear feet (8 feet wide by 8 feet high) and up to 44,000 pounds. 53’ Dry Van trailers are the most common for normal dry goods and 48’ Flatbed trailers are available for large items that need to be loaded from the side. Refrigerated trucks (reefer trucks) are used for any shipment needing to stay at a controlled temperature. Regardless of the type of truck needed, we will find the best rate and get the shipment picked up and delivered on time. MC# 835610.

Ocean Freight (LCL and FCL)

We arrange Ocean Freight shipments at superb rates and we handle Less than Container Load shipments as well as Full Container Load shipments. We can ship to just about any destination worldwide. Ocean Freight is usually a minimum of 200 lbs and transit times to most major international cities typically range between 15~35 days. Ship A Pallet is a licensed ocean freight forwarded by the Federal Maritime Commission. FMC License No.024404F

Air Freight (both U.S. and International)

Air freight can be arranged to most U.S. and International cities and we only work with the most elite Air Freight carriers. If your shipment is time sensitive, Air Freight is a much better option versus ocean freight. Air freight is typically 1 or 3 business days to most U.S. points and 3-8 days to most international cities.

Consolidation, Packaging, Distribution, Palletizing & Crating, Warehousing and Freight Forwarding in Houston TX

Ship A Pallet offers a number of packaging and distribution services. We can ship, receive, consolidate, store and distribute customer products and orders as needed. We have the facility, staff and equipment to handle your orders no matter how large or small. We professionally prepare all loose items for freight shipping. 			In addition to palletizing, we offer custom crates for shipments which require an enclosure during transit. We handle all freight labels and required paperwork such as Bill of Lading and/or Airway Bill. We also handle Shipper's Letter of Instruction form and Commercial Invoice preparation (fee's may apply) We offer custom packing of loose items into individual boxes, using foam, bubble wrap and/or packing peanuts

International Express Package Service

Ship A Pallet can arrange door to door express international package shipments at rates significantly discounted from courier’s normal published rates. We only work with premier carriers like UPS, DHL and FedEx. We tender the right carrier for each shipment who can get it there the most economically or the fastest.

House Goods with Residential Pick Ups & Deliveries

		Motor freight is by far the most economical means of transporting goods so if you can secure your household items to a pallet, we can ship it and save you money compared to using a moving service. We can arrange residential curbside pickup and delivery using liftgate equipped trucks and our carriers service all points within the U.S. as well as most Canadian points.

Guaranteed on Date Shipments

We understand the importance of urgent shipments which have a deadline. If you've got a shipment that needs to be delivered by a certain date, we can quote you with a guaranteed delivery option to ensure that your shipment arrives on the date it is needed.

Trade Show and Convention Shipping

We can arrange your Trade Show and Convention center shipment with the right carrier for the job and we will insure it arrives before the deadline date. Not all carriers are suitable for Trade Show and Convention shipments, we specialize in arranging these shipments with the right carrier.

Hazardous Materials (HazMat)

		Ship A Pallet can arrange your hazardous material shipments at very cost effective rates. We work with dozens of carriers who are certified to transport HazMat materials and we will find the best carrier rate for each specific shipment. In order to arrange HazMat shipments, it will be necessary to provide us with the Material Safety Data Sheet (MSDS) for the product being shipped.

Lift Gate Equipped Trucks

Need to ship a pallet but don’t have a dock or a forklift available? No problem! We can quote your shipment using a lift gate equipped truck. The carrier's driver will assist with loading/unloading to and from the liftgate using a pallet jack.

Inside Deliveries

		If your shipment requires the freight to be placed inside of the facility it is being delivered to, we can quote this service for you. Inside Deliveries do not include unpacking the contents of the pallet, but for companies who do not have the personnel or equipment to move freight from the unloading area to the interior place it is needed, inside delivery is a great option.

Limited Access & Self Storage Facility Shipments

We can handle picking up your shipment from limited access facilities and self storage centers. We can set up the carrier to call prior to pickup or delivery, for your convenience.

Low cost Insurance coverage available for high value items

		If you have a high valued shipment, we can provide insurance at a low cost. Just let us know the value, commodity and condition and we will ensure that your shipment is protected.

Tracking is provided for your orders

Once your shipment is picked up, you will be provided with the tracking number and carrier information needed to track your shipment during transit. Once your shipment arrives, proof of delivery can be provided at no cost.
